Match verification evidence to the item and the risk
Agree what will be checked and what evidence will be supplied before accepting a quotation. Identity, physical condition, compatibility, traceability and functional behavior are separate questions. No single photograph, label or generic certificate answers all of them.
Request preparation checklist

| Transaction record | Required traceability scope, quoted warranty or return conditions, exceptions and an agreed discrepancy process. |

A report must be evaluated for its scope, date and the item or batch it covers. Manufacturer certification is not certification of our business; component evidence is not automatically evidence for a completed assembly. These are procurement criteria, not a claim that we own a laboratory or guarantee every verification service.
