Keep identity, condition and platform requirements separate
For an exact replacement, begin with the full drive label and the host platform reference. For a capacity change, state the workload, intended arrangement and allowed substitutions. A bare drive, an OEM-qualified drive and a drive supplied in a carrier are different purchasing configurations.

Review and acceptance boundary
Do not treat appearance or one health screenshot as a complete history of the drive. If the exact firmware, OEM qualification or carrier cannot be confirmed, record that difference before considering the item an acceptable replacement.
